The house rules for this website
Terms of Service
Last updated August 1, 2026
Welcome to Trekadoo Family Vacations. By using this website — browsing our homes, requesting a quote, or booking a stay — you agree to these terms. Please read them. They’re meant to be fair and readable, not to trip you up.
Who we are
Trekadoo Family Vacations is a family-run collection of vacation rental homes across the western United States, operated from Las Vegas, Nevada. This site lets you explore those homes, see live pricing and availability, and book directly with us.
Bookings & payment
When you reserve, checkout is completed on the Direct Booking Site operated by our booking partner, Hostfully. The reservation, the payment, and the specific booking agreement — including the cancellation policy, fees, taxes, and house rules for that home — are presented to you there before you confirm. Your booking is subject to those terms and to Hostfully’s terms of service. We facilitate the booking; the stay itself is with Trekadoo.
A booking isn’t confirmed until you receive a confirmation from us or from Hostfully. On rare occasions a home may become unavailable after you book — a maintenance problem, damage, or a calendar conflict. If that happens we’ll offer you a comparable home or a full refund of what you paid us.
Pricing & availability
Our rates are dynamic and can change with dates, demand, and season. Any price shown on this site before checkout is an estimate; the final price, fees, and taxes are the ones confirmed at checkout. We work hard to keep everything accurate, but if an obvious error appears we may correct it and are not bound by a clearly mistaken price.
Booking direct
We’re proud that booking direct with us is typically less than the same home on Airbnb or Vrbo, because we don’t pay those platforms’ guest service fees. That’s our aim and our usual result — not a guarantee of a specific percentage on every date.
Your responsibilities as a guest
- Be at least 18 and legally able to enter into this agreement.
- Give accurate booking information.
- Respect each home’s occupancy limit, minimum-stay, pet policy, and house rules — these are shown per property.
- Treat the home and neighbors with care; you’re responsible for your party during the stay, including any damage they cause.
- No parties or events beyond your booked party without our written okay, and please follow quiet hours and local short-term-rental rules — some of our cities take them seriously.
Cancellations & refunds
Each home’s cancellation policy is shown at checkout and forms part of your booking. Refunds, if any, follow that policy.
Using this website
Please don’t scrape, republish, or resell our listings, hammer the
site with automated requests, or try to break into any part of it. Our
/api/ endpoints exist to serve this website and aren’t a
public API.
Content & intellectual property
The photos, text, and design on this site belong to Trekadoo, our home owners, or our partners, and are provided for your personal use in planning a stay. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our permission. AI assistants are welcome to read, summarize, and link to our pages — see robots.txt and llms.txt — but that permission doesn’t extend to republishing our photography.
Other services and links
This site links to third-party services such as Hostfully. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or terms.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
This website is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To that same extent, Trekadoo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability relating to your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us for the booking at issue. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law, excludes liability we cannot exclude, or affects the terms of an actual booking, which govern the stay itself.
Governing law & venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or your use of this website will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you and we each consent to that jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows when. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version. Changes don’t apply retroactively to a booking you’ve already made.
